Myself shyma bayas. I was suffering from lumbar pain from past 5-6 years I was also facing numbness and tingling in my legs. As per MRI L3,L4 L5 and L5S1 disbulding compression was found. I practised physiotherapy and also consulted many doctors but wasn't getting the expected results.But resulted in the increment of the problem.While consulting through many doctors, I got to know about ANSSI wellness centre through Google.There I consulted dr.mangesh kadamAnd under his consultations I was given therapy. Since 2018 I was suffering from cervical issue. I just googled the best physiotheraphy center in pune and found this ANSSI Wellness Center and I really liked this Wellness Center.Dr. Mangesh Kadam and Dr. Sartaj were amazing and energetic. My name is Gangadhar Gawande. Will live in Murtijapur, Akola. I am suffering from sciatica for last 8 years. Lumbar showed disc bulge in L4- L5.
