Very Disappointing Experience with Anssi Wellness Clinic, Vashi
My 70-year-old father, Mr. Vijay Salian, visited Anssi Wellness Clinic, Vashi, for lumbar spine treatment. Dr. Rajesh and Dr. Rohit Jadhav promised 100% results within one month. Trusting their assurance, we took a loan to pay for the treatment, despite my father being retired with no income.
We paid ₹63,000 for the treatment, but unfortunately, even after one month and 4–5 additional sessions, there has been no improvement. Now, the clinic is not answering our calls or responding to our concerns.
We demand a full refund of ₹63,000. They made big promises, but we are left with no results, a financial burden, and no proper response. We urge the clinic management to take responsibility, respond immediately, and resolve this matter fairly.
